Startup Weekend is proud to announce that the Bloomington Startup Weekend will be held February 8-10 2008. Over 158 people voted to get the weekend to Bloomington, Indiana with the City Vote project. The will be the second Startup Weekend of the new year and the 15th Startup Weekend to take place across the globe.

So what can you do?

Tickets for Startup Weekend Bloomington, Indiana will be sold here for $20. This is really a RSVP cost, and you will receive your fair share of food, swag and memories (all of the money from this will be used for local costs of running the event).

    Andrew - how come you don’t include product management or product marketing as a role? I’ve wondered this for a while. PMs and PMMs are the articulators of the value prop and the champions for the user. Design delivers that value, engineering enables it, but PM makes sure that everyone’s working toward the same goal. If you hadn’t guessed I’m a PM type.

    When will we know where the event will take place? Also, will there be computers there for us to use or do we have to bring our own?
